No, you do not need to be home. We just need access to the area that needs cleaned. We’ll send you a text message before we arrive. Once your yard is all cleaned up, we’ll snap a picture of your locked gate and send you a departure text.
Yes, we clean your entire yard including all areas where your pooch likes to roam such as the side and front yard and deck/patio areas.
Yes, we can! However, if your dog has shown signs of aggressive behavior, we’ll ask that you keep them inside during service.
You and your pet’s safety is our top priority. Our tools and footwear are thoroughly sanitized between each property to prevent cross contamination.
Once finished, we’ll double bag your pet’s waste and place it in your trash bin. We also offer to haul your waste offsite depending on your selected service plan.
We can perform waste cleanup services in most weather conditions. However, we may have to reschedule our visit if the weather is too severe.
